I feel you, just remember it’s not all only so you feel okay. Improving your conditions is important because you deserve to not to have to suffer, and you deserve to have that weight lifted off of your chest. Just because you’re older doesn’t mean you deserve happiness any less than when you were a kid. You owe it to yourself.

If you’re still young enough I’d say pick up skateboarding, that got me out of a lot of holes mentally and you’re still young enough that anything you pick up now won’t be seen as being a poser. At least something you have passion for, idk maybe you already do but it helps to have that one thing. Your situation changes fast after highschool, it won’t be the same forever.

It’s better over voice, I was always too high inhib for discord but I bet the less spergy people would be pretty understanding

How old are you? If you're still a kid things are more likely to turn around but at 18 it gets a lot more set in stone and by 20+ it's really unlikely to change
