For reference I’m on 500 test a week and my e2 levels of 2 weeks ago were 439, I have started 1mg of arimidex per week

No, doesn't look like gyno from this angle—chest is flat, tight, with clear pec striations and no puffy protrusion or rounded glandular tissue around the nipples.
