I’d guess no if the room you sleep in has no sunlight leaking in at all. However that’s not the case for most
 
just sleep at the same time and wake up at the same time consistently and ur body will adapt
 
I sleep 5 hours and naps rest of the day and I look younger than 95 percent of people my age

Did you do this during puberty? Also whats your height?
I slept worse like 3 hours I was a studycel
Not that tall not sure how it matters hahahah
