Yes but they're more effective at younger ages cause all the sutures are looser

doctors don't care how loose the suture are, they can break any suture with that hammer :feelshehe:

No it does not, it's like saying an 11mm bsso would give more results on a kid than on an adult (altho perhaps the result would be less likely to relapse).
Also the older u are the less likely the suture will split as far as i'm aware but results should be the same if the same amount of expansion was done.

Completely different things tho. A suture split is less likely to occur the older the age and remodeling potential is better at a younger age
