I do the same & i thought alot + done lots of research about it. There is definitely something like different chronotypes. For me i feel my brain going in superhuman mode around midnight-4am, i just can focus and think the best around this time. Then i hear people talking about how important circadian rhythm is and blabla gay shit. So I decided im just gonna go with what works the best for me. + I mean almost no one sticking to same bedtime, wagecells stay up on weekends and feel like shit mo/tue, so i might stay up half the night but at least im having the same routine 7 days a week

The reason you think best around that time is related to your circadian rhythm, and it can be changed, but if you want to keep doing this then go ahead

I really dont think so, i had different circadian rhythms in lifetime (each for a couple of years) and i never felt this clear in mornings or during the day. But maybe you right shi idk, but also im talking about the absolute maximum brain capacity. I function at all times but at night my brain is at 110%
