So my supplement stack just came, it’s ashwaghandha, niacin, magnesium and zinc. Does it matter at what time I take them?

I’ve been taking them all at the evening for the last two days, first day I got really tired after taking ashwagandha. Do you think that it will make me more tired at the morning if I take it then? Also im not sure about the benefits of ashwagandha except for better sleep because I know my life is shit but I don’t feel sad about it, it feels empty like I don’t care.
