Does it matter what time I take these supplements?

So my supplement stack just came, it’s ashwaghandha, niacin, magnesium and zinc. Does it matter at what time I take them?

So my supplement stack just came, it’s ashwaghandha, niacin, magnesium and zinc. Does it matter at what time I take them?
Morning = ashwaganda
Night = zinc, magnesium, niacin

I’ve been taking them all at the evening for the last two days, first day I got really tired after taking ashwagandha. Do you think that it will make me more tired at the morning if I take it then? Also im not sure about the benefits of ashwagandha except for better sleep because I know my life is shit but I don’t feel sad about it, it feels empty like I don’t care. Yesterday I almost died because I got drift when driving my work car at the highway and I didn’t even get shaken up from it

It reduce cortisol ( stress ) and improve test idk exactly how this will benefit you but it shurely wil

I don’t feel stressed anymore after only 2 days, my mind sort of feels like it’s at peace
