title, I usually sleep around 1am-2am and sleep until 9-10am. Which i always get around 8hrs of sleep.
Is this good enough? Or does it matter that I should sleep sooner.

newer wake up is best tbh

Every hour of sleep before midnight is 2 hours in the sleep bank, Circadian rhythm matters.

I never feel rested with 7 hrs, 8-10 for me tbh

Yes it matters due biological clock

It depends on your chronotype (sleep style), but generally going to bed between 8pm and Midnight increases sleep quality.
