The time and frequency of drinking water can affect how your body processes and uses it, even if you're drinking the same total amount. Here's how:

  1. Hydration balance: Drinking water evenly throughout the day helps maintain a consistent level of hydration, whereas drinking a large amount all at once may overwhelm your kidneys and lead to frequent urination, reducing the effectiveness of hydration.
  2. Digestive system: Sipping water slowly throughout the day aids digestion and nutrient absorption. Drinking too much water in one go can dilute stomach acids and disrupt digestion temporarily.
  3. Energy levels: Drinking water steadily can help keep energy levels stable, while chugging large amounts may lead to a temporary feeling of fullness or bloating.
  4. Kidney function: Spreading water intake throughout the day supports your kidneys in processing and filtering toxins more efficiently.
Ultimately, while the total amount of water matters, spreading it out across the day is usually more beneficial for overall health and hydration.

So it doesn’t matter

How did you come to that conclusion?
Idk

When it says hydration in the first paragraph, is it referring to my thirst or my body’s hydration
