Some do 1000 grafts in one session, some do 4000, it highly depends.

Simply don't let it get to that point by taking finasteride preventively. Most men only have about 6000-8000 available grafts before it starts thinning too much on the donor, so make good use them in your lifetime and don't go to Turkey for gigga sessions where they promise to transplant 5k grafts.
