Some do 1000 grafts in one session, some do 4000, it highly depends.

This guy has reached the final norwood reaper destination, hair transplants cant save him. At this point it doesnt really matter if his donor area is good or not, he is NW7. Hair system is the best option in his case.

Most men only have about 6000-8000 available grafts before it starts thinning too much on the donor, so make good use them in your lifetime and don't go to Turkey for gigga sessions where they promise to transplant 5k grafts.
