Does jaw filler recreate how a jaw implant would look?

Could you get jaw filler to mimic how you’d look with a wider jaw (by injecting the gonions giving you wider more flared gonions) in the same way they’d look with jaw angle implants??

Also can you lengthen ramus/lower gonial angle with jaw filler as you could with a jaw angle implant?

It would actually look sharper than an implant because you can contour it the way you want during the injection. An implant is less predictable due to how soft tissue can react.

it would look better, has a 1-5% chance of migration.

I’m getting chin and jaw filler too, only because i don’t want to wait two years untill i get bimax, I need to ascend now

You can really lengthen your ramus with filler???

There’s ways to do it but not worth it ngl you need alot
Im sure slight lengthening might be fine right, i think ive seen pics of it done before via filler too… just like how even with an implant you dont wanna lengthen your ramus too much because its risky as well…

no. fillers always look better. getting a good implant result even with the big names is like playing russian roulette.

i got jaw filler while i've been saving up for surgery a year ago. still have a good jaw, although the angularity has slightly worn down over the past year. i'm happy though

What about lowering your gonial angle and lengthening your ramus with filler? Can they do this or is it dumb and uses too much filler and you should focus on widening your jaw instead??

I have a short-ish ramus (in bimax plans proposed by surgeons the ramus ends up being left behind).

The filler when done well does create an aesthetic jawline that harmonises with the face. I went to a blackpilled doc so had no problems with that.

I feel like the widening in the jaw did not last too long, compared to the cheekbones. Might be my anatomy.

How did coceancig plan on widening your jaw/face 21mm???

he’s the only one who’s ever been ballsy enough to do that shit

his license been suspended tho. not cos of the crazy movements but cos he did surgical planning wrong because of his use of custom plates

Im asking how though, was it just through condylar widening? You said you didnt ask about that though so im assuming not…

Or was the widening gonna be done via IMDO??

imdo isn’t widening.

also i dont understand your question cos im drunk so i will explain in my own words.

he usually splits the mandible into 5 pieces. if you watch his old youtube videos you can see what i mean. he ends up flaring the gonions outward. pagnoni does this too.

but, he also splits the maxilla and mandible at the midline and rotates them too so they are wider. this means your upper jaw is also wider, not just lower jaw.

im unsure if this actually results in better aesthetics. in some cases yes, in some cases meh.

all the other reputable jaw surgeons like raffaini and gunson don’t do any of this widening. nowadays in looksmaxxing i take the approach of: if it is too good to be true, it is.

Online face-filters are pretty easy to detect while surgery can fool more people.

2-3ml is enough to lower the gonial angle and lengthen the ramus a good amount?

wtf are you talking about??

@bossman @jbwhtninthailand @william. @HerpDerpson @dawooddX

What do you guys think of the risks of jaw filler and migration?? Can we really get jaw filler for the rest of our lives and be fine??

Also do you guys self-inject or have a professional do it? I tried self-injecting a while ago and my results were kinda shitty but I was probably not as educated on it as I should have been...

lol dont self inject ur not bgm, u need to actually research it for months and have an aesthetic eye

there r users here who have gotten fillers for years and had 0 problems, iots all abt how skilled ur injector is and knowing where to put it in the right place, u can reduce migrastion by js removing the fillers before every session u can get it again, dont do undereyes and cheekbones

how do you get it removed?? i heard theres something you can inject that dissolves it but apparently it might be really bad for collagen..

also i heard theres a way they can dissolve it using radiofrequency waves or something like that which is probably zero risk for collagen..

That's not a risk, that inevitability. Filler gradually spreads over a larger area so it loses shape. Then you reapply more filler to restore the shape. Eventually, you end up with a filler face.

Cant consistent dissolving prevent this

Different uses.

If you have an insane lack of bones, such as a sub-80% bi-gonial then you will need an implant to make up the lack of volume. If you just lack angularity, filler is cheaper and will beat the average implant most of the time.

Way easier to control the outcome as opposed to implants.

the only issue is it doesn't fully dissolve and builds up over time

also a lot of the attraction from a strong jaw comes from how it pulls the rest of your face and contours it, this is more difficult to achieve with fillers (tho not impossible)

Gotta be ironic surely. The second guy looks fucking dreadful. The first guy looks good, didnt really need it to begin with tho. Also never said jaw implants were amazing, but still better than dogshit filler.

Of course u have that pedo as ur AVI

where did you inject? And how exactly did it make your jaw look good?

Bellfill + plastic surgeon.
