Does jaw size deficiency (rethrognathia) affect the width of your lips by a noticable amount?

I’m asking because im gonna get lower jaw surgery and my only 2 failos are my jaw size from a massive overbite and lip width. And i wanna know if my current narrow lips are more from genetics or are from my mandible size being stunted. I’m not sure if your lower jaw stretches your lips much depending on its size or if it hardly affects it

Nah won’t change the width of your lips much, maybe a little bit.
