I want to jog to debloat, but i'm scared that it'll disturb my puberty cus i'm still 15 ,many people said it is lower your test

Excessive jogging can spike your cortisol, do it in moderation like for 30 to 40 minutes

yes do not exercise it lowers test, spikes cortisol etc, if u want to loose weight eat less, jogging is cope and exercise is, its unhealthy

Not every exercise spike the same amount of cortisol high intensity training like jogging will spike the highest amount of cortisol among all of the exercises

yes true, but even 1m does spike it (not a lot but it does), but ye, exercise is pointless just loose weight by eating less and if u really want to exercise (no one does and im highly against), go gym so atleast you get muscles

agreed, but you can do body weight exercise and just walk they don’t spike cortisol

Raising cortisol is not a problem if youre not overtraining

what, raising cortisol is always a problem even if ur not overtraining (though it typically come from that), you should want to keep ur cortisol as low as possible at all time
