Heightmaxxing at 15

I’m 15 and a fairly late bloomer I’m 5,8 right now but want to increase my chances at getting taller, my test is decent but I want to max out everything I can during puberty. Ive been going to the gym consistently, stretching, drink milk and Whole Foods, same with eating more/enough protein and trying to cut fat. If anyone has any other advice/more things I could do that would be great

Height is mostly genetics although you can still do hgh+ai and with proper nutrition and sleeping you can reach your genetic potential easier i explained stuff about height in this thread

Might have done it wrong, says my top height is 6,1 but bottom is 5,6 is that not to far apart. No? Dads 6 foot moms 5,7

Seems good to me what ur doing, maybe look into ai’s next year if you dont seem youre going to reach ur potential
