Really goes to show how retarded some of the people on this site are if they’re telling you that physical activity is bad for your health.I want to run or maybe i could say jog for 5km, many mentions run/jog is bad, is it that bad though?
jogging/running is not optimal for health, but it burns calories quicker. I do track and cross country and am varsity for long distance. heres my advice for you:I want to run or maybe i could say jog for 5km, many mentions run/jog is bad, is it that bad though?
It will literally kill you. There was a study done in 2013 which found that out of 935 participants, 645 had a higher chance of death, and long term studies in Japan found that runners die 6.4 years earlier than non runners due to certain tendon and bone degradation together with overstimulation of their cardiovasular systems and were at higher risk of heart attacks - overall they still lived longer than smokers, but only by an average of 3.2 years. Really do avoid it at all costs.
It feels like fucking death, it's the activity you have to force yourself the most to do, and runners are the oldest looking exercisecels looking even worse than lifters who roid
Which of course, obviously means it's good for you
Jogging or running a few times per week is generally good for your health and longevity according to large studies showing lower death rates in runners (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4598981/, https://www.jacc.org/doi/10.1016/j.jacc.2014.04.058), does not increase knee arthritis risk for recreational runners (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/28504066/), and is recommended as healthy aerobic exercise by the WHO (https://www.who.int/news-room/fact-sheets/detail/physical-activity).Terrible, walking is the only good cardio, and unlike sprinting it doesn't trigger hunger hormones
I'm not going to bother getting into a study war back on forth pulling up those on pubmed showing the reverse, but you're welcome to descend. Run more, friend. Run everyday.Jogging or running a few times per week is generally good for your health and longevity according to large studies showing lower death rates in runners (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4598981/, https://www.jacc.org/doi/10.1016/j.jacc.2014.04.058), does not increase knee arthritis risk for recreational runners (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/28504066/), and is recommended as healthy aerobic exercise by the WHO (https://www.who.int/news-room/fact-sheets/detail/physical-activity).

There is no way this nigga unironically linked a WHO articleJogging or running a few times per week is generally good for your health and longevity according to large studies showing lower death rates in runners (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4598981/, https://www.jacc.org/doi/10.1016/j.jacc.2014.04.058), does not increase knee arthritis risk for recreational runners (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/28504066/), and is recommended as healthy aerobic exercise by the WHO (https://www.who.int/news-room/fact-sheets/detail/physical-activity).
They literally track real outcomes over time (who lives, who dies), and when the same result keeps showing up across huge populations, that’s evidence whether you like it or not. Its about the outcome from the actions thats what matters the most. There is no way this nigga unironically linked a WHO article
This makes me wanna be a rich jew and make a study about how sucking 20 dicks every day decreases your risk for dying and knowing you are a retard who worships "science" to make yourself feel smarter and have no thoughts of your own, you would probably do it
I could even understand doing it with studies that claim to directly observe ultra microscopic interactions which isn't even possible but to do it with associations... just lol
Biking is lwk a cuck it can give you edBiking is better
