Does Josh Mcgregor have a narrow skull?

His head looks so narrow in candids and selfies. I’m not posting modeling pics bc they are taken from 50 meters away.

He just looks so uncanny in normal lenses. His massive lower third offsets his narrow skull imo. So could a massive jaw like that make any head look decent?
