Does jutting cause jaw problems?

Guys I heard that jutting over a long time would cause issues with your jaw (I forgot the term for them) but then I was wondering, wouldn't braces that fix an overbite do the same?

ive been jutting recently idk semi unconsciously its lowk a decent soft max. just do it very very sligthly im taking a mm or two dont try like fraud. what ive noticed is from doing it throughout the day ive pushed my top teeth forward a lil which may appear to be an overbite, but the jaw itself hasnt changed ur top teeth are just slightly angled more forward

braces alone don't fix an overbite

unless youre a retard and pull it like a cm forward then no. if anything, its likely it can aid in proper mandibular growth
mark as solution

if you want to fix your overbite, best ortho treatment would be twin block appliance or herbst

Idk what they're called cuz I'm German I'm getting some lose ones where top and bottom are connected idk if you got it but they exist to fix my bite

no by the picture i don´t thikn it´s that or it´s herbst plus something else cuz i know that it´s a big piece of plastic on it somewhere as well which im guessing covers my palate cuz i chose a color for that

Yeah exactly I got something like that on the picture just that it has like this rod basically that's on the upper jaw part and it stops my lower jaw from moving backwards yk
