Does jutting make you more recessed?

I feel like it’s just fear mongering for no reason but id like to know for sure because im curious

as you’d expect i am recessed because of chronically mouth breathing during my youth, and have gotten braces with 4 teeth extractions

Jutting isn’t worth it

Causes displation of the articular disc which can then later lead to tmj
