Ofc it might somewhat work but not any more than fixing your diet. The vitamins and electrolytes inside the powder can help lessen bloating just as well as eating 2 bananas can lol

If you get consistently bloated it's because your diet is dogshit (or ur on roids/drugs) and no amount of pills and powders and muh potassium will help you untill that's fixed.
