Does keto or low-carb diet clears ur skin?? Bc I have heard something like that on yt. And also is it possible or just not insanely hard to gain waight on Keto??

It’s mostly just food quality meaning Whole Foods, and caloric deficits (yeah caloric deficit clears ur skin).

It is possible to gain weight on keto (especially if u include nuts, nut butters, and other really high fat foods)

You will lose more weight on keto but not more fat, no carbs means no water is needed to hold those carbs in ur muscles and body, meaning alongside fat (from a caloric deficit u lose a lot of water weight (from carb reduction)

In my opinion the best idea is to just eat enough carbs for effective resistance training (if cutting less if bulking more). Meaning if u are cutting just eat enough protein 1g per pound, enough fat 1g per 0.5pounds at least, then just backfill with carbs around workouts. If bulking u theoretically need even less protein but who cares about the exact number, I would do exactly the same as cutting but just add more carbs and fats to get to your calorie goal
