@keyko has bimax protrusion AKA monkey lip, an ethnic trait common in asian and black populations widely considered unattractive.

I made a morph emulating the results of corrective surgery to his bimaxillary protrusion but he's unconvinced.

Does he ascend or descend?

Yeah, when the only defect present in bimaxillary dentoalveolar protrusion anterior subapical osteotomy is the go to surgery.

When the protrusion is very severe or there are concomitant deformities management is more complex and requires a combination of techniques.
