all the last month ive been sleeping till 4 am, studying for my exams, and also that very last month i noticed that ive become fat af and my face so bloated that i almost got a double chin, is that because of lack of sleep?

It can influence your hunger hormones, which can lead to you eating more, which would cause you to be more fat or bloated.

It's likely to cause bloat too.

You cortisol is spiked, your gut doesn't work as well, you're inflamed, n your body tends to hold more fluid.

if you’re lean already, bad sleep just makes you look flat, tired, and kind of watery instead of sharp. if you’re fat already it just makes you more disgusting and bloated.

it absolutely does, if i dont sleep at time or sleep less then 7 hours, i descend to the fucking literal subhuman, it is actually insane

yeah thats what i noticed, i descended like crazy in the span of a month, is getting back to normal sleep restore my previous looks?
