Does latisse cause UEE?

I have been eyebrowmaxxing with minox 1 week and I noticed my eyelashes grew, but they are still not Zayn level, so I am considering latisse. Will it burn all the fat in my upper eyelid and increase my taban cost by thousands or is it safe to use?

its been 1 week only you should do it for at least 3 months and stop at least after 6... saturn chill out
