does laying in bed all day affect height growth negatively?

it affects pretty much everything negatively

ive been rotting in bed since i turned 18 6 months ago and ive grown 4cm
just go on ~30 min walks or lift for <1hour and ull be fine

Made me a bit worse since I could’ve went outside more when I was 13/14/15.

You should be going outside for realistically an hour a day or even more according to WHO I think AFAIK.

So go play football or something and walk back home the long way that probably counts.

Don’t do it too late in the day as well because it can affect Sleep quality as far as I know.
