does ldaring affect skin care routine

noone really talks about this so, does anyone know if classic ldaring such as staring at computer screen for significant amount of time affect the results of skin routine? also do i need some daily vitamin d exposure?

Some people say the blue light from computer/phone screens can age your skin just like the sun, but I'm not sure if it's true. Slight sunlight exposure is good, like 10-15 minutes daily should be enough.

I supplement vitamin D just to be safe.

Just apply sunscreen also in front of your computer theory.
