ok ima be real. no, lefort 1 improves lip seal though. to make mouth wider u need palatal expansion/mse.

I have a mentalis strain which appears to be a result of recession.


Weirdly enough, I can hide it completely, but I have to keep my frontal teeth touching all the time, which as you can imagine makes my lower third appear short.


I would thus have to do CCW bimax and genio in order to fix my mentalis strain which may be a result of a too tall, badly rotated lower third.


On top of that my lower lip is more forwards than my upper one, so yeah, fixing lip seal will probably help as well
