I'm pretty sure you mean lefort 1 and to that I can say not directly, moving the jaws forward as long as you weren't too recessed in the first place, can make a skin stretch effect, which would theoretically also stretch your under eye skin, which would probably contribute to the under eye area having more stretch support overall, but I wouldn't bet on it
