And the family situation is mostly out of misunderstanding. Parents grew up in different times. And struggle to comprehend how much the dating market and societal standards in general have shifted.

If you can, then maybe the Neet/ldar lifestyle does seem appealing. But I'm a bit too high strung for that. I like a bit of routine and business. But if I were to constantly ldar I'd just get bored.

But if you can be stable, I won't say it's a bad choice. Just gotta be realistic.

A lot of this could stem from being neurodivergent. I feel like introspection is a big thing with ND people and they fixate on it.

More NT normies, I don't think, think about these things constantly. They find themselves being more ignorant and less interpersonal.

That helps shield them from these thoughts. But my advice is just to try and understand that. A lot of people just don't recognize their situation. It seems like you do, and that's stressful, but small steps have to be taken at times.
