Sounds like a stupid question,

But does lifting weights change your face at all? Not talking about any fat loss.

I haven't been in the gym in a month, and haven't done any type of resistance training in 10 days, and I feel my face lacks masculinity compared to my pictures a few months ago.

It doesn't actually do anything to the face does it? It may be that when I lifted weights my T was higher and I had a more Dom facial expression and vibe.

Prove me wrong. Any studyto this?
gymcelling won't increase T levels to any marginally noticeable extent.

And even if it did (which it doesn't) he wouldn't lose his facial dimorphism after he stopped jfl. He's just being aspie

Contrary to what everyone has already said, I am pretty sure that the face does change through gymcelling.

Sure, there would be no noticeable change in your facial bones, but your face also consists a large number of small muscles.
If you work out then those micro-muscles also develop to some extent (possibly through residual forces from the rest of the body)
That would definitely add definition to your face. Combine that with low BF%, and you will see a significant difference.

I observed this when I saw the the face always becomes leaner and more defined after a good workout. Increased blood flow to all muscles, including face, may be the cause behind this.

of course. thats why people like grego gallagher eat like shit but are sub 10% bf and have great skin and hair. sub 10% bf is ideal in most situations.

BS. Steroids and especially gh can change a face
Absaloutly.
Bones in your face are more malleable when you're younger but roids will always change your face regardless of age.

I looked better
But honestly it's probaly from eating better food
Neck being bigger and the most important just being lower bf

I think there is something in this. I think when you are straining to lift a weight, you use your face muscles more.

Probably has a subtle difference.

You are probably just getting water retention from not losing it. You probably work out hard, which burns glucose/glycogen (stores carbohydrates that also stores water with it, under your skin) and so since you aren't burning any of it excessively, but also eating carbs, you are likely just looking more round, less lean, and more bloated.

Not really. During the 7 years I have been abusing steroids constantly in high dosages without even cruising or coming off nothing has changed in my face. Excess estrogen makes me bloated sometimes. That's all. GH can thicken your skin and enlarge the skull. Nothing aesthetic about that.

+around 10 years of gym without stopping at the same time. I've only seen ageing.

Would you start the steroids again? Are the positive factors outweigh the negatives?
I mean are the risks worth the increase in short term (on cycle) success with females?

I wish I had started earlier. Testosterone is everything in life. Not just with women although being jacked and more "alpha" sets you apart from the soyboys which most guys are. You got to be smart though and do blood work, check blood pressure etc.

Damn liffuel. Why are most guy on bb forums bluepilled about roids. They only talk about the risks/downsides and telling how guys should train minimum 10 years natural before roiding (wehen prime is over).
How much t per week do you min. need, to feel the positive effect? 200mg e5d would be enough?

Although it doesnt make sense, I feel that when I work out My face looks more square than when I stop lifting for a while.

Because it's the responsible thing to say. It has such an impact on me because before I started I actually had legit low testosterone. It's smart to start small and go from there. Starting to blast and cruise is a big decision. I'm not a fan of cycling and coming off completely.
