no, if you have done it and it still hasnt fully healed then it can fuse back this is common knowledge please go to school and educate yourself

take healing peps like BPC-157 and TB-500 or just do super small cuts everyday so it grows quicker but it takes a longer time to get visible progress

just do as you like i havent started lip cutting yet cause im not sure if i need it yet cause i still have braces on
