since ppl don’t cover the topic of lips as often as they should, i just wanna know if you can actually stretch your lips permanently using a lip stretcher. and that’s pure cope how can i get wider lips?

Not sure now where they got them or if they built them themselves but quite a few people got good results. It should be in one of the mouth widening threads. I was able to expand my width a little just by stretching them by hand every day and now it's set in place. I think mine were kinda tight for whatever reason though and it permanently loosened and widen them a little.

just curious by how much would you estimate your lips actually grew let’s say they where narrow at first, are they now just medium width or have good width. also how much times a day and how long did u do it for?

Not really sure but they went from slightly too narrow to a decent range after a couple of weeks of me stretching them out. Probably pulled on them a couple of times a day. Now they have settled into a decent range without pulling on them anymore. I would hold the pull where I felt it pretty good.

yesterday i started pulling, i pull 3 times only and at night times because it causes my cheeks to become red. should i increase the amount of times i pull? i pull 1 minute per rep

I held it for like 5 minutes but don't go too crazy. Your lips will widen some but you may need an appliance if you have a really short mouth width to get better gains.
