Not brain but it can cause temporary hearing loss. It did for me. When I blasted music at high volume on my headphones. It went away after I gave my eardrums rest for a few days tho

Idk but it will certainly fuck your ears. If you mean with a headset, then yes its bad. However if you're just reffering to phone speaker volume and you keep a normal distance then its probably fine

Just ears. I took my headphones off the other day and all I heard was constant ringing but it's gone now.

Well the decibel scale is logarithmic so the issues rack up very quickly as the values increase. A standard headset on spotify on an iphone can maybe go around 90-100 dB, which is the equivalent of a typical concert without any hearing protection. 90 dB can cause permanent hearing issues after around 2 hours, however 100 dB is 10x the physical sound intensity of 90 dB, while it only feels about 2x as loud. That however means that at 100 dB, even just 15 minutes CAN cause permanent hearing issues, though not always obviously. People go to concerts without earplugs all the time, and they manage, but its really not healthy to do too often. You should generally not go above 50-60% of your phone volume when you have headphones on

What about brain damage? Or is it only bad for hearing?
