IMO, it should be as long as you can get away with (with your facial genetics). I notice a big increase in matches/IOI's the longer it gets, because it looks more youthful and attractive. I can't get away with more than a medium length hair that goes near my eyes, beyond that I start looking uncanny.

Very short hair or buzzcut hair is not appealing to many women, and clean shaven (completely bald) gives off nazi vibes even if you're the most tolerant guy in the world.

Super long hair (like shoulder length and below) works for extremely few guys with very good facial genetics.

You can't multiply 0 by any number and expect a different result. Hair is a multiplier trait but your SMV is 0 so long hair or not its still zero.
