Long hair, how to grow it

My loser slave dad told me to get a haircut however I asked my cousin to trim the random hairs at the back of my head and not touch my hair at all.
If you cut your hair you are a slave following a man made societal standard.
I know most men aren't that hot to look like Richard Ramirez or Brad Pitt with long hair but who cares, isn't it amazing to touch your hair and let it grow.
But bro I'm black I have an afro, yeah and? grow it lil bro

So how do you grow it?
Do nothing, never use shampoo (first month will be painful but after 1-2 months dandruff disappears and your hair becomes super cool)
Eat healthy
and never stress or it will turn grey
also use fin
