i have medium lenghts since i have 2b hair after washing that turns into 2a after 2 days no shampoo, i am considering growing it but i hate having lots of hair tbh, gonna do either this or train neck.

why train neck, your neck must be inside where your jaw ends, anything that is on the line of your jaw or over looks retarded. If your neck is already like near the end of your jaw dont train neck.
