Does lookism exist in combat sports?

Seems many elite fighters have a unique look where you can somehow tell they are someone special. In contrast many cans or nobodies have very generic looking appearances that you can't even remember.

Ofc it does.

In boxing mostly nobody cares about weight classes other than the heavy division, most of the money is in there. You might as well rope if you only can compete in cruiserweight because you are a 185 cm manlet, nobody cares about that class
