It does matter and that example you saw was like if someone won the lottery. Humans who genuinely don’t care about looks do exist but it’s so extremely rare that you shouldn’t bother looking for them. Even if they do exist, nothing tells you that they’ll want you.

Я думаю, что умные люди не стали бы судить о человеке исключительно по внешности, но, к сожалению, они в меньшинстве.

Сколько таких людей найдёшь именно ты? Или я, или ещё кто-то, но вот в обычной повседневной жизни тебя в 90% случаев будут судить по внешности. Я ничего не имею против того мужика и рад за него. Я стараюсь не судить людей по внешности, так как самого немало судили и судят, но всё же после прочтения ответов я понял, что пример в моём треде был не очень, так как всё исходило лишь из 1 увиденной пары.
