So lets say ur a hmtn and then get a rhino, jaw fillers and whatever else to get u to mhtn, will u actually get more success dating or nah? You still look like you so im really not sure

Depends on how successful you are. If you are already htn its unlikley that imperfectly done surgeries and various softmaxxes will ascend you. Also lookmaxxing is not socially condusive which might decrease smv.

So lets saying someones lean already clear skin etc, just a biggish nose and an overly acute jaw angle, instead of a full rhino they do all nose shrinking methods possible to get a smaller nose that still looks normal and gets jaw filler to make the jaw more flat + gets a good physique, this all gets them from mtn to htn, would another more girls find them attractive? Im thinking this cause I thought I cant imagine not finding a girl attractive her getting a rhino then me now finding her attractive, yk what I mean?

Typically, once people have already categorized you as attractive or not, it will not change unless you do some crazy shit. People who have never noticed you before will be more likely to perceive you as attractive, though. Also all the shitty hydrocortisone methods have nothing on an actual rhino.
