Im quite high body fat, has anyone here lost a ton of weight (20-30kg+) and noticed any changes in the deepness of their eyes? Im wondering since from 3/4th and side profile my eyes look quite bulging and im currently 25-30%. Main reasons are my nose looks tiny and invisible brow ridge.

If anyone has before and after if it is the reason that would be cool, my eyes from the front look okay not the best but okay.

Any other information on fatloss and the effects on the eye area would be appreciated.

Nose does not change
Brow ridge does not change

Cheek fat decreases -> reveals more of the orbital rim, making eyes appear deeper
Upper eyelid fat decreases slightly -> reduces puffiness above the eyes
Lower...
I mean yes and no, when you lose weight your eyes will most likely hollow some maybe making them appear deeper set although hollowness around the eyes is not desired. And if your eyes aren't deepset currently then no amount of weightloss will change your bones.

Cheek fat decreases -> reveals more of the orbital rim, making eyes appear deeper
Upper eyelid fat decreases slightly -> reduces puffiness above the eyes
Lower eyelid fat/puffiness decreases slightly -> less tired or swollen look
Temple fat decreases -> can make the lateral eye area look more hollow, adding depth
Midface fat (malar/infraorbital fat pads) decreases -> sharpens transition between cheeks and eyes, giving more definition

So in short the answer to your original question "Does losing fat make the eyes appear more deepset?" is yes

I mean they arent hollow just looks protruded and i can defo feel the inflammation it could be TED which if it is im going to try convince my GP to give me orbital decompression since thats a funded solution for it by the NHS but yea i mean hopefully this cut helps a lil

holy high iq, also do you know when browridge growth ends realistically? im 17 ik browridge growth is mostly by androgens and gh & igf 1 but do you think taking androgens now would even be worth it? im taking 4ius ED of hgh but titrating up to 8ius in 2-3 months then further running it for 6-12 months. im planning on adding test and mast once i turn 18 (aka get lean by then and use it)

by 18-21 ur browridge is done growing, and honestly even with a stack ur browridge gains will barely be noticeable, I wouldn't say its worth it

i never understood people who tried to get a better browridge unless it was severely recessed honestly, might have to ask @BigBallsLarry for this

Helped my eyes. my eyes are extremly deep set but severe bodyfat was making them appear worse.

I don't have before and after pics but i can say that it helps, getting lean is the number 1 looksmax anyway so you should do it no matter the reason.

i agree it's not worth to mess with unless extremely recessed. but even then only surgery/implants/fillers can help.

browridge is a bone and grows like any other bone.
