Does lowering blood sugar reduce or negate the effects of MK-677? (Berberine, ALA, etc)?

Wondering, does taking a supplement like Berberine or Alpha Lipoic Acid (purely examples) to help with insulin sensitivity and blood sugar actually reduce the effectivity of MK-677, or does it leave it alone? Basically i’m wondering if the insulin sensitivity from Mk677 is a side effect or if it’s part of the process of raising IGF-1
