ive been taking 450mg of magnesium glycinate a for 2 weeks now and i havent been noticing a change. i know this isnt that long does anyone know how long it might take to see results? im 14 btw

It depends. For sleep? If you take it about 1 hour away from bed it should leave you feeling relax, making you fall asleep faster, sleep for longer and improve your quality of sleep.

It does work according to research and my personal experience.

Oh, not going to lie I have no idea, maybe? Really if I were you I wouldn't get my hopes up when it comes to supplements.

It really depends on what's causing your acne, Accutane is probably would to solve it regardless, but if you can't source that, I would try benzoyl peroxide and a back scrubber to clean it thoroughly, I'm pretty sure most backne cases are just due to bacterial accumulation.

That could also be the case for your face, but not necessarily. You can try your luck with benzoyl peroxide, but you should be using a topical retinoid here, particularly if you aren't yet.

If the benzoyl peroxide thing doesn't work, and you just don't want to try your luck with any more actives, just try to get Accutane illegally or preferably through a dermatologist. And obviously stop topical retinoids if you do get Accutane.
