Does marpe and reverse head gear actually help your aesthetics?

I've gotten braces a while ago, my teeth got fucked up again because my lower teeth on one side had to turn inwards to fit my pallate and the top teeth. I also got a tooth crossbite. Someone tell me all the benefits please. And how do ik it wont fuck me up with a ugly ass mouth looking like an ogre

what about reverse head gear will that actually change your maxilla. Should i ask the orthodontist if I am a candidate and i am fit for marpe? or should just go ahead and say that i want marpe.
