Does MARPE pose any risks?

Will it help aesthetics in general? what are all the benefits aswell. I'm wondering how much MARPE changes.

I'm wondering that myself, I have to get it, not just for aesthetic benefits, but I need it for medical reasons. All I know is that it's the worst pain imaginable but far less tramautic then SARPE. Wouldn't do it if I didn't have a medical reason tho
