Hello people I saw this video of some guy on TikTok saying doing Masai jumps and taking supplements will make you taller i sent him a DM saying I wanna get taller and bought his course he said it'll get me from 5,5 to 5,8

So I've been doing it daily in my backyard and in the school yard in the recess my friends were laughing and saying it's cope

I'm 19 but my growth pallets are still open and can get a few extra inches he said. Should I stop or what should I do and can do to get height growth?
