Does masseter botox give bruising or swelling?

Gna get masseter Botox done in a clinic, 8 units on my smaller side and 12 on my bigger. Will my family notice something is up? I don’t want any of them to know

If they just notice my jaw getting smaller I can larp I lost weight and also 8-12 units isn’t gna make such a drastic effect I’m more worried about the bruise and swelling aspect
