Depends on bones and ratios, if u have other good features but have inward gonions then it will ascend u but if u just have shit features overall it won’t do much for you other then slightly ascend ur jaw

I have good features and inward gonions and training masseters unironically it did ascend me a bit

yes but no, iv been chewing falim gum daily for a year, 8-12h a day
had no problems with bruxism, extra hypertrophy and tmj
the method is stretching your masseter and massaging your joints

what changes have you noticed? is it purely soft tissue or did influence any subtle bone growth
 
It will make your jaw look better obviously but don’t overtrain it
better in what way. I dont want more width, just that my face stores hella fat genetically need to give it more tone and structure

i do notice more compact orbitals, obviously wider jaw, and probably larger chin
this was from 14 to 15, so maybe it was just puberty
