Tried it before, you'll just get skinny fat. Not fapping will get you more energy without consuming more food, so you can do cardio much more and still feel fresh after. Without mentioning the harms of porn and fapping.

in shorts term lifting is compressing your spine so you will be shorter for like the rest of the day, but next day you gon be in your normal height . In other hand lifting proven scientifically to increase bone density and every work out spikes hgh - no matter its strength training, cardio etc.
Tbh im in puberty too but im not going to gym , i rather working out outside since every activity boosting hgh.
