I’ve seen conflicting interpretations of studies (like the Harvard cohort / JAMA paper by Leitzmann et al.). Some sources say that higher ejaculation frequency is linked to lower risk, while others say there’s no meaningful connection.
from what I could tell, the strongest study shows mostly no significant relationship overall, with a possible weak inverse trend in some subgroups, but nothing clearly causal.
does anyone here have a decent breakdown of the current medical consensus or more recent meta-analyses on this? preferably PubMed-based or peer-reviewed sources.
