SSRIs are usually first line treatment for depression and anxiety here in the UK but it sounds like you’re Yankee.

I’d also be really careful about disclosing you have mental illness in the US. I know that it disqualifies you from practicing medicine, practicing law, owning a gun, etc.

If I was really desperate to try SSRIs in the US, I’d find a way to get them without a prescription.

Stratterra has been helping me focus it makes me feel clear and no sides (my appetite is still strong). I’m fine without an ssri for now I’m not depressed I have social anxiety mainly thanks for the advice.
