it still matters and no it wouldn’t hide it, because it doesn’t just impact how your nose looks

the face would still look sunken to whatever degree the maxilla is recessed in

it would affect the overall aesthetic of the fact

Yeah I guess if your nose is so huge the qualities of your maxilla are hidden you have much bigger problems

this is a extreme example but i agree with the message

most people with recessed maxilla don’t have it THIS recessed but their face is still visibly sunken to whatever degree
