I've seen posts about how IGF-1 LR3 doesn't work for height growth because it has a lower affinity to the IGFBP (Insulin like growth factor binding proteins), and thus it gets cleared out more quickly and doesn't move (and may lower) serum IGF-1 levels. This reasoning would make mecasermin (IGF-1) the superior choice for height increasing, as it is bioidentical to IGF-1, however there have been studies and they have not shown significant increases in final adult height. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2724186/
However, at the end of the study they talked about a combination of IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 known as mecasermin rinfabate, claiming that could work but it can't be studied.
Has anyone used mecasermin rinfabate or does anyone have any indication that it would help in a heightmaxx stack already containing 8 IU of GH? (I know 20 IU with a bunch of insulin would work, but hypoglycemia is a major risk factor).
